Happy Hearts Feline Rescue has modified its adoption process.
If you wish to engage in the qualification process, please complete our adoption documents below and then forward them to me at [email protected].
We will contact your personal reference and your veterinarian.
Once the qualification process is complete an appointment will be made with you to come and pick out your new best friend. Thanks.
Happy Hearts Feline Rescue adoption fee is only $80 for the first cat or kitten; $40 for the second cat or kitten adopted at the same time.

*To view these two forms you will need a PDF reader.
If you don't have a reader, you can download one for free from either Adobe or FoxIt.

All of our cats are neutered or spayed, tested for feline leukemia, giardia and tritrichomonas. They are vaccinated for feline leukemia, rabies and FRCPCP. They are free of all parasites.
We microchip all of our kitties with Found Animals and register them under Happy Hearts Feline Rescue. When cats are adopted, the new owner also registers them. That way the cats have dual registration - the new owner and HHFR. If the new owner doesn't follow through or keep the registration current, the fall back will be HHFR. Registration is FREE!
